All I can say is I’m addicted! I spray this on my sheets before bed every night. I keep it on my nightstand in case I’m awakened with a hot flash… (it works!) I keep it at my desk at work for calming. I also spray my face to enjoy all the benefits while breathing it in deeply. The scent is SO CLEAN!
