Recommendations: | “SAT NAM! To all my fellow yogis out there! Sat means ‘TRUTH’ and Nam means ‘IDENTITY.’ So, Sat Nam literally means ‘TRUTH IS MY IDENTITY.’ I personally do my yoga practice every morning. It grounds me, energizes me, stretches me out and enables my creativity to flow. I have so many revelations when I am doing yoga. Things that I am undecided on or need more clarity on get resolved during my yoga practice. Then ‘BAM,’ I know instinctively what to do in a situation. It truly is amazing! So, this blend is absolutely dedicated to the wonderful practice of yoga! This resinous blend will promote calmness, grounding, it eases a restless mind and nervous tension and encourages deep and relaxed breathing. It is also a sedative, anti-inflammatory, and a general analgesic. I recommend blending in a 2% dilution (24 drops in 2oz’s of base oil) for a grounding massage application. This blend also may be diluted in a 4% dilution (48 drops in 2 oz’s of distilled water) for a grounding body/room spray. For inhalation add 2 drops to a cotton ball and deeply inhale! – SAT NAM!” Fleur Abajian RA (Registered Aromatherapist). |
