Recommendations: | “Clary Sage is my favorite essential oil for toning the female reproductive system. To ease painful periods or a low libido apply a 4% dilution (24 drops in 1oz of your favorite base oil) and massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction. Apply 4 drops to a heated compress and apply to the abdomen area – this will also aid in painful periods. Clary Sage is known to have an antidepressant quality and creates an excellent uplifted atmosphere when entertaining. I recommend diffusing in a ‘fleur aromatherapy’ diffuser in your great room/main living area for all your social gatherings and dinner parties! Clary Sage makes a wonderful middle note in natural perfumery.” Fleur Abajian RA (Registered Aromatherapist). |
