| Recommendations: | “German Chamomile is one of my favorite essential oils. It has a deep inky blue color and is sweet and herbaceous. This essential oil is known for its anti-inflammatory uses with topical application and its anti-anxiety uses through inhalation. It is known to be a very gentle essential oil. It is wonderful in a 4% dilution for a localized massage (24 drops in 1oz of base oil) it may be used to massage the stomach area in a clockwise motion for calming digestive issues. Also, great for massaging shoulders and sore muscles with the same dilution due to its anti-inflammatory, nervine and sedative qualities.” Fleur Abajian RA (Registered Aromatherapist). |
